Step 1
Log in to The QR Code Generator and choose how you want to share results. Select PDF QR Code to upload a lab report file or URL to link to a secure Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or patient portal page.

Upload the patient’s report PDF or paste your secure results link, then click Next. Make sure the file or page is access-controlled so that only the intended patient (and their doctor) can view it.
